At Equeene Equestrian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your riding gear and apparel. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all equestrian hardware and tags are protected.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
